Yes, one of our senior colleagues sent a very colourful WOW and AWESOME note to the whole team, citing her excitement and how she thought everyone persevered despite falling blocks at crucial moments. The activity initially seemed daunting and not-quite-possible but in the end everyone in every group came together to brainstorm and eventually delivered.
Thanks for the great facilitation!
Sarah Lim | Cargill International Trading Pte Ltd
Thank you so much! The team really enjoyed ourselves yesterday and everything was just perfect from the effort of getting umbrellas for us to share to walk to the other sheltered area despite being sheltered by most of the walkway. And thank you for preparing the gifts for the first 2 winning teams which is not within my expectation.
Greg was great too, right from the start when he got us to break the ice among ourselves. At the end of the day we valued the teamwork together and not the result of which team got the most no. of points. Even today the team are still talking about what happen yesterday during our teambuilding.
I feel the personal touch working with GRINESS and will definitely share with my colleagues and friends your business card (which I’m already doing so). I do hope that you will hear from us again very soon (too soon from me but other business unit secretary)!
Cheryl Teng | National University Of Singapore

Facilitators were really from a world I've not seen before. It has been an exciting feeling and I came to realisation that such a thing had not really happened to me before in a camp. It was such a unique experience that I would remember for life. Not just teaching that would be remembered but teachings that would touch hearts and change lives.
Phillip Mah | Keppel Offshore & Marine
Our one day department “Mission Journey” retreat was an exceptional experience! GRINESS through lead facilitator Gregory K and his team skillfully utilized team building activities including the Domino Effect and Running Man Race and constant reflection to help bring across the key messages management was aiming to achieve. I found good value in what GRINESS had to offer, particularly their focus on detailed planning for the event and tailoring the event to meet the clients objectives. Well done GRINESS!
Dharmali Kusumadi, Managing Director | Architrave Design & Planning Services Pte. Ltd, Part of Banyan Tree Group
GRINESS Pte. Ltd. has been appointed as the team building specialist for our team building event – themed as “Architrave Energize & Synergize 2014” at the National Service Resort & Country Club on 7th February 2014.
It was a full day planned for our 50 over team members with two core objectives, creativity and teamwork, to achieve positive results through fun experiences instead of having the typical challenging activity that we had before.
We started off with “Big 5” [We Are Different] a good profiling that helped every team members to have a better understanding of the individuals’ character and personality before moving on to “Running Man [Race]”, a creative and mind stretcher activity that allowed us to think out-of-the-box solutions and achieving goals within a short period of time, which is essential, important and relevant to our daily line of work.
The last “Super Hero Musical” was not to create an orchestra, but more of building the teamwork efforts through dividing the team into various small to bigger groups before ending with our very first and successful “Architrave Orchestra” performed by the entire group. It also brought out the discovery of the hidden talents and potential leaders with leading and coordinating capabilities, which is usually unnoticeable in the working environment.
We are glad to have worked with GRINESS Pte. Ltd. and look forward to more “challenging” team building activities for our team members.
